Limit your choice of fonts to only two. Headings should be written in an easy sans-serif font such as Arial, Tahoma and Verdana. For the body text, you should probably choose a text font that is standard such as Century, Times Roman or Book Antigua.

Avoid small fonts. Some fonts that are easier to read can be used at only 10 points. The majority of fonts perform better between 11 and 12 points.
Page breaks can be used to separate sections and to separate charts from text and to highlight tables. Go to the next page if you are unsure. There is no need to be concerned about needing to move to the next page.
