Your superpower when working is how you contribute to the team. Are you a good team leader? Maybe you are great at marketing. What your power is will determine how you help your team.

Learning what your power is means you know yourself well enough to have a focus. Having focus gives you a competitive advantage and makes you great at what you do. Quality is the one thing that will make you stand out and it will give you an advantage over everyone else.

Restaurant jobs can be daunting if youve never been in the industry before. There are many different paths in, but you really wont know if youve made the right choice until you start your new job. What you can do is learn about what each position entails, and give yourself the best chance of success.

5. Systems Thinking: Fearless about what is unknown. They think outside of the box, then work their way back inside to reveal all the parts and how they connect.

6. Visionaries: Can see future goals in vivid colours, while they might not know how to get there, the visionarys contribution is more than enough to help the team on its way.

You might identify with more than one Superpower, it helps to think about your qualities in the context of your work, and exactly what you will bring to your team. Qualities dont necessarily conform to roles. Theres no reason someone in the Marketing department cant have empathy for their superpower, or the financier might have creativity.
