Hi, my name is Sandra Burns. I work from home as a manager in an enormous company. I'm a wife and mom, and the proud owner of four dogs. I'm passionate about my pets and have a blog that shares information to make it easier to take care of them. You can find us here https://reallifewithpets.com/ We know you want to give your pets the best, and we strive to help you do that.

Numerous doctors and scientists believe that pets can aid with anxiety because they can be beneficial for seniors who are alone. The negative consequences of loneliness could lead to premature death so caring for someone who relies on you fully promotes overall well being. Walking with a dog is also more social than walking without one, especially when it comes to interaction with strangers.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that pets can reduce the need to see a doctor. A huge German study, which included data from more than 9,000 pet owners, found that owners of pets had a lower risk of having health problems. The Chinese study also found that dogs owned by women had fewer sick days than their counterparts.

Most research on the advantages of pets has been focused on dogs. And that's understandable: they increase their owner's levels of activity through regular walks, and that isn't all that bad. However, cats can also be extremely useful. For example, studies show that owners of cats are 30 percent less likely to suffer a heart attack and 40 percent less likely to suffer a stroke.

Cats are great even when you're on the Internet. Scientists have proven that cat videos are great for relaxation, anxiety-reducing, and lifting spirits. Cat owners are also more sensitive to social interactions and trust others more than people who do not. They are also more open to new experiences than dog owners. However they're probably less extroverted and are more neurotic.
