The Conclusion of the Farewell OVA (spoiler free)

The Farewell OVA is a special episode to say goodbye to the cast of the show. It’s a bittersweet end, but it leaves the viewer on a happy note. The episode begins with Yuzuko and her friends returning back to school for their final year. They are greeted by their parents at the entrance who congratulate them on being seniors and encourage them to have fun. The episode then jumps forward in time as Yuzuko is packing up her belongings in her dorm room before she leaves. The remainder of the episode features scenes from each one of the main characters’ lives after leaving school. These scenes illustrate how they all have grown and matured, even those characters that we didn’t see much of in season 2 like Kurumi, Kazuma, and Korin. After they all finish showing their future selves and looking back on their memories from high school, we return back to Yuzuko sitting on her bed before she boards an airplane for America.
