The Satta King Faridabad is a unique amalgamation of two satta genres: the regal Faridabad Raj and the erstwhile Bahaiya clan. It was built by the last of the maharajas in 14th century to honour the Bahai community who had migrated to this place after the death of their satta king, Bahadur Shah Badh Sagdeeq. In the present scenario, the name Satta means Royal Sattva or the royal Sattva. The regal Faridabad Raj is located in the premises of the famed Mughalai Ashura Temple.
