TECON Modular Formwork mainly consists of AluLITE Formwork, Steel LITE Formwork and Plastic Formwork TP60+.

For any villa project, a low-cost housing project, especially with hundreds of or thousands of houses at the same plan and size, modular formwork can maximize site productivity and greatly save labour costs.

On some occasions, even with conventional building methods such as bricks and concrete hollow blocks and others., build with rebar and concrete via modular formwork will still benefit you from lead time and total cost per house though the initial investment seems higher than traditional bricks and timbers.

Modular formwork for concrete can build wall and slab separately and build wall and slab together in one time pour with customized formwork planning and fabrication. Very timber and even no skilled workers are needed due to their easy to learn assembly sequence.

Advantages of Modular Formwork/Modular Shuttering
The modular formwork system is designed with standardized panels and components to reduce or limit cutting materials on site. This speeds up the entire process and therefore reduces on-site labour. They can also be interchanged with conventional methods. Plastic Formwork TP60
TECON Plastic Formwork TP60 is recognized as the lightest formwork system due to its medium panel design and the application of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). It is mainly consisted of ABS plastic panel, erection handle, alignment waler, flex beam and shoring prop. Walls, columns, slabs can be quickly and efficiently formed even by unskilled workers.

Heavy Duty Steel Prop

TECON Heavy duty prop is the most robust and compatible steel props with high bearing capacity. It comply with EN1065 standards in two series, TEP-D and TEP-E. They have the additional benefit of requiring less because of their high load capacity.

Wall Formwork
TECON Wall formwork system mainly includes BASE 20 Wall Formwork, HETO Frame Wall Formwork, Alumi Frame Wall Formwork, Single Side Wall Formwork.

For the three systems in the modular formwork part, they can also fabricate walls and are even more user-friendly due to the handset function. They are portable Formwork, Plastic Formwork TP60 and Alu-lite Formwork.

Why Choose Wall Formwork
The wall formwork originally consisted of the frame and accessories. This results in a modular system with a wide range of applications and long service life, and universal and high efficiency for walls in medium to big scale projects under crane assistance.

They can fabricate different kinds of columns at different heights and diameters.

Why Choose Column Formwork
The design of the column formwork should be able to withstand the high pressure of fresh concrete because the relatively small cross-section requires rapid pouring of concrete. Therefore, it is essential to seal the joint very carefully and tightly.

The cross-section and height can be adjusted quickly and easily with minimum effort and the minimum number of system components, which is an essential criterion for determining the cost-effectiveness of the column formwork system. In addition, it is usually necessary to build many chromatographic columns with the same cross-section, so these systems need to be quickly transported to the next place of use without any assembly work.
